    Can we cancel?

    – You are allowed to cancel your booking after you have confirmed. However, a service fee will be partially charged (based on net price excluding discount or promotion) and on the service cancellation period. For more details, please refer to Term and Policy – Apply for valued booking code.

    – The refund process is negotiable for each booking: Clients pay bank fees, voucher delivery fees, etc.

    What would happen if I missed the bus?

    – Limousine Ninh Binh Travel requests that all passengers be at the pick-up point 30 minutes before departure to arrange seats and luggage. There is no refund if passengers cannot manage their time and presence after departure. Limousine Ninh Binh Travel is not responsible for missing the bus because of the customers’ side.
    – Bus missing caused by Limousine Ninh Binh Travel owned side (out of Force Majeure): Limousine Ninh Binh Travel will arrange another vehicle with equivalent standards for customers. For more details, please refer to Term and Policy – Apply for valued booking code.

    How do you know your booking is successful?

    After you make a successful payment, you will receive the E. booking code and all information in your email to confirm your booking and payment.

    We will issue an invoice if you pay in cash at the Limousine Ninh Binh Travel office.

    What should I do if my booking is canceled?

    – If Limousine Ninh Binh Travel cancels your booking or service by the owned side, we will inform the customers as soon as possible and support scouring for alternative transportation with equivalent standards. If customers do not accept the option, we will refund your booking. The refund will be based on time and cause of cancellation.
    – If the revocation is caused by force majeure or by a third party, we will inform the customers, refund a part of the booking (negotiable), and provide support with searching for an alternative.

    How can I book a bus ticket or tour online?

    Search for a suitable departure and return day.

    Could the itinerary be changed?

    – In force majeure, Limousine Ninh Binh Travel must change your itinerary. We will inform you as soon as possible via email or phone call; therefore, information submitted to us is fundamental for further contact.
    – If passengers do not accept the change, we will arrange an alternative conveyance or refund your booking.
